One of the basic features of economy of threats and dangers declares replacement of former interest to production and knowledge as to the out-of-date forms of the goods on researches of potential opportunities of dust. The radical difference of the former economic theory from doctrines of a new science is, that, the dust acts forming structure, by an element of global economy. Dust will be as the global antigoods requiring attraction of attention to those mechanisms, which will be capable to separate dust from the useful information. These units reasonable will be recognized by the supergoods and that lever, that will generate the new global market. The problem consists that the abundance of the information prevents to separate useful knowledge from, at the best, никчемных of the texts and marks or simply of dangerous dust, in the worse case. The mistake consists that the man never will be the dependent at artificial intelligence. On the contrary, the unique role of the man at artificial intelligence will be hardly probable limited to function of the serviceman of antigarbage technologies and interpreter in translation from language of dust on language of rational expediency.
